Modern Music Meets Tradition
Benjamin, in a new generation of voice and talent, has been pushed to the forefront as one of Europe’s most exciting rising stars. Having worked with seasoned producers such as Brett Ratner (Maroon 5, Jay-Z) and Grammy Award nominated Kevin Killen (Elbow, Jeff Buckley), Benjamin is set to launch his career on a global scale with “Just Friends”, which was written by himself and Omar Akram (Gavin James, Kygo).
The track fuses traditional instrumentation with modern production techniques to create a composition that is both infectious as it is moving. His vocal delivery throughout the song pulls you in before he turns it around with an emotionally charged bridge.
Benjamin has been compared to the likes of John Legend, Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson amongst others who have all used these techniques throughout their career to deliver a sound that is both familiar and completely fresh.
